Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Expert Safety Advocate. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of expertsafetyadvocate.com and the Safety Advocate Program, including the Advocate Dashboard and the Safety Advocate mobile app. By visiting this site, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
About the Safety Advocate Program
The Safety Advocate Program is a safety management platform offered by Expert Safety Services. It helps companies assign training, run inspections, hold weekly safety meetings, and track compliance from one dashboard and app. You can learn more on our How It Works and Explore Features pages.
Accounts and Access
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Crew and Employee Users
Account administrators may invite employees and crew members to use the app. The administrator is responsible for making sure that invited users follow these terms. The administrator also confirms that the company has the right to share employee information with us.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Plans and Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance on an annual basis unless another arrangement is stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Current pricing is listed on our Get Started page and may change. Any price change will apply at your next renewal.
Free Trials
When a free trial is offered, you can explore the platform at no cost for the trial period. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be billed.
Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by contacting support@expertsafetyadvocate.com. [Refund policy: insert the client’s policy, such as “Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.”]
Acceptable Use
When using the Safety Advocate Program, you agree not to:
- Share your login with people outside your organization
- Copy, resell, or redistribute training videos, courses, or other platform content
- Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on someone else’s rights
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Training and Compliance Disclaimer
Our training, Job Hazard Analyses, inspection checklists, and safety meetings are developed with OSHA 1910 General Industry Standards and recognized industry guidelines in mind. Even so, the Safety Advocate Program is a tool to support your safety program, not a replacement for it.
Each employer remains responsible for:
- Identifying and controlling the hazards on its own job sites
- Meeting the OSHA, state, and local requirements that apply to its work
- Confirming that the training provided meets the requirements of its customers, insurers, or governing bodies
Using the platform or completing a course does not guarantee OSHA compliance, prevent citations, or exempt any company from its legal obligations. Expert Safety Advocate is a private company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA.
Expert Consultations
Consultations with our safety experts are general guidance based on the information you provide. They are not legal advice and do not replace an on-site assessment of your specific conditions.
Your Content and Data
You keep ownership of the information you and your team upload, including JHAs, inspection photos, and records. You give us permission to store and process that content so we can provide the service. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
All training courses, videos, safety manual templates, software, logos, and site content belong to Expert Safety Advocate or Expert Safety Services and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use this content inside your organization while your account is active.
